TV host Richard Hammond was knocked out in his second horror crash while he was filming a new episode for the Amazon series The Grand Tour.

The former Top Gear host hit his head coming off a motorbike in a remote part of Africa, The Sun reports.

In September 2006 Hammond was seriously injured when he crashed at over 460km/h during a stunt for Top Gear.

Hammond’s co-star Jeremy Clarkson said of his friend’s frightening motorbike crash: “He really did hurt himself quite badly.”
