Fire Danger Period set to commence

The Fire Danger period for the Mildura municipality will come into force from November 21.

CFA Assistant Chief Fire Officer Gavin Wright says it’s about three weeks later than normal due to the recent wet weather.

But he’s urging locals to make sure they’re prepared

It means no fires can be lit without a permit.
