A man’s blown nearly three-times the legal limit during a Police operation across Mildura.
Police say the 29-year-old was intercepted over the weekend, allegedly blowing .142.
He also tested positive for an illicit drug.

The Mildura local was one of several people caught doing the wrong thing on the roads during the blitz.
