A series of CPR courses are being held across the region from today.
Hands on Heart Australia and the Mildura Lions Club are working together to offer the free courses for locals.
The Lions club says CPR awareness remains relatively low in the community, and most of the time the person suffering a cardiac arrests needs help from a loved one or friend.

*Wednesday 24th CPR HLTAID009 Lions Club session 6pm – 8pm
*Thursday 25th CPR HLTAID009 Lions Club session 10am – 12pm or 12.30pm 2.30pm

*Tuesday 13th CPR HLTAID009 Lions Club session 6pm – 8pm
*Tuesday 20th CPR HLTAID009 Lions Club session 10am – 12pm or 12.30pm – 2.30pm
