Man arrested after indecent behaviour in Riverland

A man has been arrested after two separate incidents in the Riverland.

It will be alleged that about 10.40am on Wednesday 25 October, a teenage girl was approached by a man on Kay Avenue, Berri.

The man behaved in an indecent manner towards the girl, who ran away from the area.

The man got into and drove off in a bronze Ford station wagon.

About 4pm on the same day, three teenage girls reported seeing a man behaving indecently towards them in a similar vehicle in Bookpurnong Terrace, Loxton.

The girl’s ran to a nearby business premise where police were called.  

Police located the man and his vehicle a short time later.

A 55-year-old man from the Netherlands was arrested and charged with indecent behaviour.
