A man says his drink driving was SPUR of the moment, after facing court over an incident earlier this year.
The Mildura Court heard the man blew .078 after being involved in a crash in April.
The Herald Sun says the man’s Northern Territory licence had expired in 2017.

He’s been fined $500 and lost his licence for a further 14-months.
