There are concerns Labor’s IR laws will drive more people out of work.
Member for Mallee Anne Webster says the Federal Government is making business harder for employers, who’ll either hire less people or just shut down.
She says the laws will hit industries in the Mallee including farming, tourism, transport and construction.

And she says the shortage of skilled tradies is already adding to the pressure of locals wanting to build a home, with builders already taking longer to pay their suppliers.
