An explosive night of speedway is expected at Mildura’s Olympic Park Speedway this Saturday night when the “Outback Lawncare & Rubbish Removal,” Victorian Sidecar Championship takes over from the two wonderful Solo meetings of the last two weekends.

The sidecar action is expected to be keen and fast.

Three times Australian champions, Mark Plaisted and local, Ben Pitt, head up the list along with dual World Champion, Mick Headland and local, Brenton Kerr.

Former National Champ, Trent Headland and Jaxon Raynor will be keen to contest against State Champions, Queensland’s, Tyler Moon / Adam Lovell and local stars, Byren Gates and Mick O’Loughlin, who have been riding in good form recently.

The winner of the Warren Monson Memorial Trophy could well come from this bunch as well as the two teams who hail from Broken Hill.

Monson’s father, Trevor will be on hand to present the Warren Monson Memorial Trophy for the second time.

Classic Sidecars will support the State Title, so the night will be “chock full” of good racing.

Olympic Park gates will open at 5:00pm.
