The Mildura Sporting Precinct and AusLoans Mildura Hothouse will both host the Statewide Aboriginal Basketball Carnival this long weekend, and are encouraging spectators to get down and witness some of the state’s best talent on display.
Organisers are describing it as one of the biggest state-wide sporting events to be held in Mildura, with games set to be played Saturday through Monday as teams compete for Championship Gold.
The competition has competitors from Under 8 to open sections, 17 grades in all.
