Mildura Pipe Band Practice

Formed in May 1922 The band has supported the Sunraysia and Neighboring Districts when and where needed.

The Band Provides Scottish Bagpipers and Drummers (for a modest fee) for Public and Private events ranging from Anzac Day Marches to Private Weddings and Birthdays.

Also, the band conducts its own social events such as Burns Night Suppers which celebrates the birth of Scottish poet Robert Burns and we also organise regular Band Dinners.

Not only do we hire out for events we also offer free Tuition to anyone who wishes to learn how to play The Bagpipes or A selection of our Drums.

Uniform and Equipment is available on a loan basis but feel free to bring your own gear if you have it.

We wear the Scottish Kilt with the MacPherson tartan (in honour of our founding Pipe Major Danny Mcpherson).
