Red Cliffs Fire Brigade Centenary Celebration

Red Cliffs Fire Brigade invites you to join us in celebrating our Centenary.

On the 26th of October, 10 am – 3 pm Red Cliffs Brigade is holding a public celebration that will include activities and displays for the whole family.

The community is invited to hear talks from the Fire Brigade Captain, MP and firefighters as we hold a ceremonial cake cutting at 1pm and are presented with a Centenary Plaque. The Fire Brigade Station will be open to all public and community members to visit and experience/explore an active fire station,  with multiple fire trucks and antiques on display , along with show bags for kids, kids fighter fighting activities, Captain Kola attending, fire brigade related exhibitions and activities for adults and history memorabilia on display related to past firefighting and present firefighting equipment. Photographic displays, news stories of the brigades history, multiple equipment displays from helmets, hoses, breathing apparatus and radios on display for all public and past community members to engage with.

This is a free community event and will have food present to purchase from the local Scouting group and road closures in place.
