Mildura Rural City Council will announce the local winners of the annual Australia Day Awards at the waterfront this Sunday.
Locals are encouraged to head to Nowingi Place at 8:00am as the Citizen – Young Citizen and Community Event of the Year winners are announced.
There’ll be a free Lions Club breakfast and coffee available, plus live music from local duo Soul Brothers.
Wentworth Shire Council have their Australia Day Awards & Citizenship Presentations tomorrow night, Saturday 25 January, 6:30pm at the Wentworth Visitor Centre Conference Room, followed by the Australia Day Breakfast on Sunday 26 January, 8:00am at the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens.
