A man accused of head-butting a woman in a local street is due back in court this week for a bail application.
The 54-year-old is alleged to have head-butted the woman last Thursday morning during a verbal dispute.
The Herald Sun says the court heard police checked CCTV from a nearby shop to look at the alleged incident.
