Wentworth Shire Council is encouraging all Wentworth Shire residents and businesses to put up their Christmas lights by Friday, 29 November and take part in the ‘Christmas Light Trail’.
Council will give residents the chance to win prizes, including a $250 Wentworth Region Gift Card for the Best Individual Display and a street sign for the ‘Most Festive Street’ (applicable to streets who register 3 or more homes).
Council will be distributing ‘Christmas Light Trail’ maps at the Wentworth Twilight Christmas Markets on Friday, 22 November for the local community and visitors to follow the trail.
Maps will also be accessible online.
If you would like to participate and have your house/business on the trail map as well as be in the running to win a prize, please email events@wentworth.nsw.gov.au by 4:00pm, tomorrow, Tuesday, 19 November.
