Mildura Rural City Council will discuss a proposed new caravan park for Irymple tonight, after the project received over one-hundred objections from locals.
The 4.75 million dollar project is slated for a piece of land on Irymple Avenue and is set to include 48 cabins and dozens of powered camping sites.
Council has had 127 objections since the proposal went public, with many locals suggesting the area isn’t suitable — while they also raised concern about noise – traffic and privacy.
