Dead Fish

Experts and the NSW Government are disagreeing over why millions of fish have died in the Darling River near Menindee.

The clean-up’s continuing after the deaths were discovered earlier this month.

While the Government believe it’s due to hypoxic blackwater which causes very low oxygen levels. experts say it’s the result of flooding and the mismanagement of river systems.
