The CFA has declared tomorrow an EXTREME Fire Danger Risk across the Mallee, as the region prepares for scorching heat.
They warn that fire spreads quickly and is extremely dangerous in hot, dry and windy conditions, and locals should check their bushfire plans.
The region will return to a MODERATE risk on Sunday.
