Mildura and North West Victoria have bucked a state-wide trend of home prices falling during the month of March.
The Prop Track Home Price Index released today shows prices in regional Victoria fell by point-zero-three per cent.
However the north-west recorded an almost half a per cent increase during the month.

And prices rose by two-point-four-three per cent over 12 months.
The average price of homes in the region is now sitting at 392-thousand dollars.
