Domain has released its latest Rent Report, showing the median price for a rental property in Mildura in March was 475 dollars.

That’s an increase of 15.9% in the year, where prices were 410-dollars in March 2024.
The average price in Swan Hill was 460-dollars compared to 410 dollars last March.
The vacancy rate in Victoria in March 1.2% the highest for the month since 2022.
