Local schools receive maintenance funding

Mildura South Primary School has receiving almost 440-thousand dollars to carry out maintenance works.

It’s part of the Planned Maintenance Program, allowing schools to undertake projects including fixing roofs and replacing windows.

The Victorian Government has announced several local schools are among 59 across the state sharing in the funding.

Merbein P-10 College will receive 176-thousand, while almost 280-thousand dollars will be going to Nichols Point Primary and Irymple Primary has received 140-thousand dollars.
