The loss of Mildura Digital TV after this weekend is a consequence of government inaction on regional media reform.
That’s according to Federal MP Anne Webster, who says local commercial TV news has also been long gone.
She says a regional broadcasting continuity bill is too late for the Mildura Digital Television shutdown, which will be happening on Sunday.

The Member for Mallee says regional Aussies have to pay for services that people in major cities can freely access.
