A 13-year-old has been charged with a number of assault-related offences following an incident at a cinema complex in Mildura on Saturday 30 November.
They have been bailed to appear at a children’s court while two 12-year-olds have been released pending summons.
Two offenders remain outstanding, and the investigation is ongoing.
