Locals will be able to catch the bus between Mildura and Broken Hill once a week from Monday.
CDC is holding a 12-month trial, allowing locals in towns including Wentworth and Menindee to head to both towns.
The cost will vary depending on where people are departing from, with more information on the Wentworth Shire Council Facebook page.
