Online fundraiser for local cricketer’s family

An online fundraiser for the victim of the Murray River drowning has already raised almost five-thousand dollars.

South West Cricket Club has started the Go Fund Me page for the family of Harry Chatha, to help bring his family to Australia from India for his funeral.

Harry died while going for a swim in the Murray last Tuesday with his body found last Thursday.

The club says Harry was a cherished member of the club.
