Police have caught several drivers doing the wrong thing over the weekend including:
On Friday 20 October police stopped a Ford Ute on Caddy Road, Barmera to conduct a mobile driver screening test.
The driver a 67-year-old man from Loveday allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.114.
He was issued with a 6-month instant loss of licence and had his vehicle impounded for 28 days. He will be summoned to appear in the Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.
On Sunday 22 October police stopped a Holden sedan on Woolston Road Monash. Checks on the driver showed the 49-year-old man from Barmera was suspended from driving. He will be summoned to attend in the Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.
