A reminder that snakes are out and about in the heat across Sunraysia, with local snake catcher Steven Morrow taking to social media to share his recent slithery encounters.
For the second time in the last couple of weeks, local cat “Ruffy” has brought a snake through the cat door, this time a brown snake, a slightly bigger catch than last time.
Morrow also picked up a three-point-five-foot eastern brown snake at Farm Gate Nursery, hiding in a retaining wall.
