Swan Hill Rural City Council is asking the community to help them shape Council’s customer experience.
They say they are committed to improving customer service, and that your feedback matters.
You can get involved by attending one of the one-on-one interviews, Week of 17 February.
Limited spots are available so ring council on (03) 5036 2333 to register.
There is also a quick online survey to share your thoughts.
Council says your insights will help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where they can do better.
Survey closes at 5pm on Friday, 28 February 2025.
