Mildura Police are investigating an incident in Mildura on 6 January.
Officers have been told a silver Ford FG Falcon was seen driving at a fast rate of speed near the corner of Eleventh Street and Ontario Avenue, about 12:00pm.
The offending vehicle attempted to hit a pedestrian before travelling on the wrong side of the road, narrowly avoiding a collision with a truck.
