On Monday (October 16) officers from Mildura Highway Patrol observed a Holden Commodore with no number plates driving erratically in the Mildura area.
The male driver, in his 30’s, had a Warrant, tested positive for drugs and was un-licenced.
He will face court for the driving matters and the car, worth $30,000, was impounded for the 4th time and will be sent to Melbourne to be crushed.
On the same day the officers pulled over a learner driver by himself who also tested positive for drugs. The vehicle was impounded at a cost in excess of $1600 and he will face court for the offences at a later date.
