$13,000 for farmers

The PM's being praised for listening to drought affected communities, but the nation's peak farming body warns there's more work to be done.

The Federal Government will expand the Farm Household Allowance, giving drought affected primary producers an extra one-off payment of up to $13,000 when their benefits expire after four years.
