But bad news ... the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has found links between eating fried potatoes and early death!
They had been tracking nearly 4500 people aged 45 to 79 over a period of eight years ... and found links between eating fried potatoes and earlier mortality.
The finding ... people who eat fried potatoes two to three times each week doubled their chance of dying early compared to those who ate no fried potatoes.
Eating boiled or baked potatoes did not give the same result. It must be all that oil and fat they’re fried in?
