Chip Recall

A popular brand of potato chips has recalled two of its flavours because the bags could contain bits of rubber.

Food Standards Australia has issued a recall of Kettle Chips' "Sea Salt" and Rosemary and "Sea Salt" flavours with a best before date of November 11, 2017.

The national food watchdog said the product has been removed from Coles and Woolworths stores in Victoria and NSW because of the potential presence of "foreign matter".

It said people with affected packs should not consume them,and can return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.

The recalled products are Kettle Sea Salt 175g and 300g bags, and Kettle Rosemary and Sea Salt in 175g packets.
