It’s World Sleep Day!
Sleep experts are urging us to put down our smart phones and get to sleep!
They want us to make a pledge ... to Turn off your TV, computer, tablet or smart phone at least one hour earlier than you’d normally consider going to bed.
Dr Moira Junge from the Sleep Health Foundation says lack of sleep is bad for our health.
We’re meant to get between 7 and 8 hours sleep a night.... And children need even more.
