Supermarket Prices Look 'Rounder'

When you next go shopping ... take a look at all the prices. Woolworths says it’s changing all its prices so they end in zero.

The supermarket claims ‘round numbers’ make it easier for shoppers to keep track of their spending. But it’s probably pre-empting the demise of the 5 cent coin as well.

It appears Coles is also making the same move.

Woolworths says prices may be rounded up ... or down ... as part of the changes.

I’m pretty the supermarkets won’t be making a loss on this one ... my guess is most of the prices will be rounded UP!
